I have had a connected Garmin device to go365 for most of a year.
I have signed up for sleep activities and haven't gained points when I achieved those goals.
Thank you for bringing that to our attention! Unfortunately, I am unable to see any weeks recently where you hit 5 or more nights of 7 or more hours within the same week. I can see that you have earned 4 our of the 6 total weeks for the sleep activity this plan year. Which other weeks were you questioning? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Going back to week starting Sunday September 29, I have the following weeks with 5 or more nights with at least 7 hours calculated on my Garmin:
9/29: 6 nights
11/17: 7 nights
12/08: 5 nights
12/15: 6 nights
01/05: 5 nights with one night left to calculate.
The last time I received points for this activity was on Saturday October 12. Interestingly enough, my Garmin showed 4 nights as 7 hours or more.

There is a max of 150 Points each plan year for the Sleep Activity and you have now met that max. Please note that the week runs Sunday through Saturday for the Sleep Activity.
