Go365 app is not pulling the correct steps from my FitBit Versa 2.  This has happened several times now and it is frustrating when we are competing in Challenges.  Please help

I have already contacted the chat help before to correct the steps last week.  I am wondering how many other days this has happened.  I am missing 3000 steps from yesterday.
