New phone, Apple Health connected to Go365 but not uploading my activity

I got a new phone and an apple watch for Christmas.  I have installed the go365 app on my new phone and connected the apple health app.  I have logged into my go365 account several times and my activity is not getting added to my go365 account.  How do I fix this?  Also, when will you make it as easy to synch the apple watch /phone with go365?
