Each time I go to login on the app, I get a message that my device is not recognized. And it requires me to do a 2 step authentication. I only use one device to login into the app each time -my phone.  And I login in multiple times a day to use the app. The login process is tedious and makes using the app a hassle. Please offer a solution. Thanks
