I have the app on my phone but just today registered with Humana for Go365. Syncing with Apple isn’t an option.
We are not directly compatible with the Apple Watch, so data needs to flow into the Apple Health app. The Apple Health app can be connected via your Go365 mobile app (not the web).
It appears that you have been able to complete the process above, as we are receiving step data from Apple. That's great! You will just need to be sure to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes the data over to us (within 24-48 hours).
