Is there a problem with the app? I am unable to login to the app on iPhone. It gives an error to make sure a username and password have been entered. These have both been entered and are correct as they are valid in the website.

Do you get the same error while logging in through a web browser? Do you have the most up to date version of the Go365 Mobile app?
