I have not gotten any points for steps, challenges or activities since the end of Dec 2019. Please advise
I can confirm that we have not been sent any step data from Apple since prior to 1/1/20. Can you please delete your Go365 app, restart your phone, reinstall the Go365 app, and then reconnect Apple Health? How to connect Apple Health
When reconnecting, be sure you select to "turn all categories on" before clicking "allow." Please let me know when you have completed these steps.
