All my steps are not being credited to go.365
Thank you for reaching out to us with that question! I can see that you are using Shealth. Are you referring to the number of steps that are transferring to Go365? Do you use a Samsung watch?
With Shealth, if you are using the phone and your watch, it will combine the steps together for the total on you Shealth account. They are technically two devices, the phone will count steps and the watch will count the steps as well. If you do not wear the watch all day, and carry the phone while it is off, it can cause a discrepancy.
For example, if you carry your phone in the morning and walk 1,000 steps, then put on your watch and walk another 5,000 steps, Shealth will show a combined total of 6,000. Go365 will only receive 5,000 steps for that day because that is the device that earned the most for that day.
You will want to set either the device or mobile app as priority.
