Which app/device are you currently using to track your steps?
I'm using the Samsung gear s3 under the S-health app on my phone...i have not received any step points from November..
Unfortunately, I do not see that you have any apps/devices connected with Go365.
Can you please follow the steps in the document below, to connect S Health? Please let me know when you have completed this process.
