Go360 app has not been receiving information from fit bit app since 12/23/19

Thanks, but I dont see any points between 12/23 and 1/18. If they are there, why can’t I see them?

We are sorry for the miscommunication. If you go onto your GO365 account you will be able to pull up your Go365 Earning Statement and see the reward as Daily Workouts for each day. We again want to reassure you that there is no discrepancies' with your points/bucks for Go365.
