I can log in on app, but not on my desktop

We are new to Humana and go365.  I can not log on when I try on my desktop, but the same information logs me into the app.  It starts the 2-step verification process, allowing me to enter the code and submit, the next screen is the message about two step verification and asks to enter the code, but there is not a box and the only option is cancel.
