Since I’ve been using my Garmin device, the app is only awarding points for workouts and not for steps accumulated during the day. How can I get this fixed? Thank you!
We apologize for any issues with your points for Go365. I am seeing all of your data coming thru from the Garmin device. If you check your Go365 Earnings statement you are earning the daily workout points from the Garmin device. We do not see any discrepancies with this activity.
