In 2019, I redeemed bucks for an e-gift card. My order confirmation email says that the code to the e-gift card can be found in my order history on Go365. I am no longer employed by a company using Go365. How do I get my code?
Unfortunately, you will no longer have access to Go365 or the order history. However, we did resend the order to the Ochsner email on file. This is the email that was associated with the order. Make sure to check all of your folders associated with the email. Please reach out if you do not receive it or have further questions.
