App wont synchronize nor allow me to login. When log in says I'm locked out. Done changed passwords 5 times and nothing every Tim's
We apologize for the issues you are having on the application. Have you attempted to login or reset the password on the website? Since you are locked out you will have to login on the website to verify the username and reset the password successfully before having access the application. I would advise deleting the application and reinstalling as well too. Please reach out if the issue continues or call our customer service line for assistance.
