I switched over from my Fitbit to my Apple Watch and have it synced to the Apple health but I am not getting credit for my steps since syncing my watch.
We apologize for any issues with the Go365 and Apple Health connecting. We are not seeing the data coming either on our end which means the Apple Health is not connected properly or has lost connection. I would suggest reconnecting and making sure to allow all data to be pulled from Apple Health to Go365. If you need further assistance here is a helpful guide to connect the device properly. Thank you for your response but I am still having trouble. It looks like the Apple health IS connected and here is a record of my steps. I don’t know what else to try. It won’t let me disconnect and reconnect it. Any advice? Thanks again.
Are you doing this on the application. Please follow the guidelines on the link. Once you go into the Apple Health app please go into summary, click into the steps section, scroll down to the bottom, click into data sources & access, check to see if Go365 is there and its on. If not, you will have to follow the link step-by-step.
