Hello, I'm having the same issue with runkeeper
So sorry for any issues with your Runkeeper. I am not able to get data from the Runkeeper to Go365. What I would suggest would be to disconnect the Runkeeper from Go365 and to reconnect it to reestablish connecting between both devices.
