We are sorry for the issues going on with your Daily Workout Points. Unfortunately, we are not able to pull any data from the devices you are using currently. I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting the devices from and to Go365 again to reestablish connection. Here is a helpful guide that will provide steps to connect your devices. I have deleted the app and reconnected my Health app on the iPhone. Is there anyway to get my points that weren't recognized over the last 3 months? I will let you know if the deletion and reconnection has helped the problem.
