This isn’t the first time just the latest 2 complete weeks this month my points haven’t synched my Fitbit with the GO 365 app! This is very discouraging!! Pleas help!
We apologize for any issues with your Fitbit connection. We were able to pull data from your Fitbit device for some of the missing dates, but unfortunately we are still missing from the 11th thru the 17th. I recommend disconnecting your Fitbit device and reconnecting it to Go365. Here is a helpful link that will walk step by step connecting Fitbit. Connect Your Fitbit
