All I did was get a new iPhone. I can see me health app is recording my data but GO365 is not

We are sorry for the issue getting your Apple Health data to Go365. We tried pulling data from the connected device, but nothing is coming over. How do I delete my health app that isn’t connecting to GO365?
Once I delete it then I’ll add it again.

You will need to go to apps and device connections under settings and hit disconnect under the Apple Health then follow the reconnection process.
