I'm trying to sign in on my computer, not the mobile app, and keep getting a message that says "Missing required parameter" but I am unable to change anything. Screenshot below. I am certain that I am typing the correct password.

We are so sorry for the issue happening on your account. We do not see the same error when we pull up your account as if you would see it. I would suggest making sure you have the correct username and then if the password is not correct to reset that as well.
