System never remembers me. No matter from my phone or Humana computer why?

To make sure that is properly done you will have to follow these steps:
1. Access WWW.Go365.com with user id and password.
2. on next page, provide the email id and click on continue
3. Verification link with confirmation code will be sent to the registered email id.
4. Click on the verification link, A page will be navigated and enter the verification code there and confirm it
5. Once after confirmation, member will be asked to set preference and then member can login.
HI I have the same problem as this user. Every time i log in the app claims i am logging in on a new device and sends a code to my email. Every time, I have to toggle to my email, memorize the code and then toggle back and input it into the app. It then lets me sign in. I have done this dozens of times this month alone. Please fix it. Thanks.
Did you attempt the 5 steps above? One thing also to make sure is to remember this device as well.
