I'm using Apple Health and it is connected to Go 365, and yet the challenge I'm in shows 0 sleep hours logged

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I have been successfully logging
my sleep in Apple Health (see screenshot) but this data is not appearing in
Go 365, even though the apps are connected.

Are you making sure to set the asleep time and stop time? If this isn't done it will not go thru.
Yes, I'm recording an asleep start and stop time. And as you can see in the
screenshot I attached, the Apple Health app is correctly recording the data
of 7+ hours of sleep per night.

Thank you for providing that information! I can see that you recently had to reconnect Apple Health on 1/20, when you reconnected did you allow all data to be shared with Go365? I can understand the concern with your challenge Points and I would be happy to take a closer look for you.
Note: The sleep challenge will not show the total number of hours slept, it will show the number of days that the goal was met, its usually 7 hours a night.
Thank you, my data is now showing up on the challenge. I'm not sure what triggered it to finally appear, I didn't do anything different. But at least it's fixed now! Thanks!
