My wife's Samsung phone Go 365 app dashboard is not loading after she signs in. Started about a week ago.
I apologize for any issues with the application. Have you or her deleted the application and reinstalled it? Also, can you make sure the phone is fully updated as well. Then, we would advise to login again to initiate the login and 2 step process
