No beacon at my gym but I signed up with my gym membership # and still no points.
We apologize for issues with your gym check-ins. Did you connect your gym facility to Go365 or is it a Beacon check in? The reason we ask is that if its a Beacon check in you have to make sure the Bluetooth and location setting are on. If not, you will have to connect it to Go365.com under participating fitness facilities under QuickLinks.
They don't have a beacon so I had to connect with the gym.

Ok. So, you will need to connect the gym facility to Go365 by adding the credentials: email, gym member ID, and gym enrollment date.
I've done that twice. I even asked at my gym if there's something they
need to do and they said they don't do anything in their end.

This has been done on your Go365 account? Did you also make sure the gym is Go365 participant?
