My gym has a beacon, and I check in. However, my points are not being awarded.
We are sorry about your gym check-ins not awarding from the Beacon. A few questions. Does the gym itself know for sure they're a Beacon gym and is it on there? Also, on your end is the locations setting and Bluetooth switched on your phone? Please follow the below steps to make sure the Beacon is turned on properly.
To check-in with the Beacon feature, you must:
Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and the Location Services are enabled within your phone's settings. To check-in through the Beacon, login to the Go365 mobile app > click Account & Settings > Beacon > Choose location. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Points to be awarded. Points awarded will be found under the Fitness category if you click Dashboard and click the link to View Go365 Statement in the Recent Earnings box on the left. You can view your check-ins on the calendar by clicking the 'Daily Workouts' link on your Dashboard in the Weekly View section.
Thank you for these steps. These are the steps that I normally complete. And I am able to check-in, but I'm not awarded points. It tells me that my points are on the way, but they do not show up in my statement. Correct me if I'm wrong, but 10 points should be awarded when I check in to a participating fitness facility.
