This is a comparison to last year with getting points. I had an iwatch that I lost so I switched to a Garmin. My points went from being a few a day to at least 25 or more per day. I just figured it was due being able to connect to Garmin app. I then reached the end very quickly before the end of year so I stopped tracking until it reset. Now that I'm tracking again, the points are back to just a few a day. At this rate it would take me almost all year to even reach silver status. And that is cycling everyday to work and fitness/gym 6 days a week.
Wondering if there is this is something on the Humana side or if I need to do something on my end.
