My garmin connect app is correctly tracking my steps and activity but not syncing to my Go365 app.

We apologize for any issues with your steps not coming over from your Garmin device. I see that we have received up to the 25th of this month, but nothing since. What I would suggest would be to disconnect and reconnect your Garmin device from Go365 so it can reestablish connection. No worries, nothing will get deleted from either devices.
