I have a case number 1000119649633. Still having to add new device everytime I open Go365 app.
That case is closed. Looks like everything was reset for you for the 2 step process. You will need to login, confirm your device, enter in the code that will send to your phone or email, then confirm your email to get into Go365. Without doing any of the previously stated steps you will not be able to get in.
