The beacon isn’t working, even though it worked when I was here last night. Had the same problem last week. Tap the beacon to check in, no confirmation saying my points are on their way. I’ve checked in numerous times, settings are correct.

What days were you checking into the beacon and they were not awarded?
The first time was January 21st, but I ended up getting 10k steps that day, so I still got 10 points. The second time was yesterday, but I did an online chat with a rep and she updated my points. Both times this has happened, I tried to check in around 1:30-2:00, and had checked in the night before in the evening. Is it because not enough time passed between check ins? They were still on different days.
Thank you for that information. The time should not matter as long as they are on separate days.
If there is a poor wifi or data connection it can cause the workout to not come through fully. Have you had any days since then that have not awarded?
