Each time I log in, i get the message that it doesnt recognize my device and i have to use a security code to register the device. I haven't received credit for any activity since Nov 2019.

Ok. I do apologize but we do have a known issue with Android devices on the application. Here is a step by step process on how to workaround this on the website.
1. Log in to www.go365.com (web) using their Go365 account2. Select “My Profile” from the top navigation bar3. Then pick “Account & Settings”4. Scroll down to “Account Security” section5. Change their response to this question: “How would you like us to contact you?”a. If they have “Email address” selected, pick “Text message”b. If they have “Text message” selected, pick “Email address”
