Points not accurately reporting from fitbit app

For some reason the go 365 app is not accurately awarding the points according to the steps recorded in my fit bit app.  In the past 2 full weeks, 1/12 - 1/27, I was shorted by 10 points over 5 different days in one week, and the next shorted 11 points over 5 days, plus my bonus 50 pts for exceeding 100 pts for the week. That's 71 points in 2 weeks! I bet if I went back farther i could find even more missing. 


Is there anything that could be done to fix this.?
