When I try to login into my Go365 app on my iPhone I receive a login failed message.
Sorry for the issues you are having. Can you try the forgot username and or password option to make sure you are entering in the correct username? This will help us see if there is an issue with the username or password.
I have reset my password several times and the login still fails.
We apologize for any confusion. It looks like your Go365 policy does not start until 2/1/2020. I would say wait until Monday to properly sign in because it will not recognize your information until that date takes place.
