Both my husband and I have been needing to get a code every time we log in to go365 because the app doesn't recognize the device. This seems to be a common issue lately. Could you please help with this? Thank you!

You can also try deleting the Go365 mobile app, powering down your phone for at least one minute, and then reinstalling the Go365 app.
I tried deleting the app, turning off my phone and reinstalling the app and
it still asks for a code each time I log in saying it's a new device.
I have a Google Pixel.
