A year and a half later I am encountering the same issue as I did regarding Samsung users not being able to enroll in our office Step Challenge. I was able to enroll them using their login credentials on my iPhone (except one person who is new to Go365). The employees who use Samsung mobile phones are unable to join our challenge PSGI February 2020 . Our Apple users are able to join. The Samsung users have up to date apps installed on their phones and are trying to join while the Go365 app is closed, so when they click on the link it forces the Go365 app to open anew. They have tried when the app is open. They have tried copying and pasting the link into a new web browser...nothing works. Their Go365 app just turns white and spins and doesn't connect. Please help. Our employees have monetary incentives to participate and it isn't fun when half of them cannot join.
