I have Samsung health and go365 has been keeping up with the step until 12/22/2019 . Now it's not counting anymore can I get some help
I apologize for any inconvenience. The troubleshooting for these built in phone apps (S Health and Apple Health), is to refresh the connection. You can do so by deleting your Go365 mobile app, powering off your phone for at least one minute, turning on your phone and reinstalling the Go365 app, and then reconnecting S Health.
