Sleep points aren’t downloading

I have a Fitbit connected to Go365. Last year I was downloading sleep points but it is not continuing this year. I disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit but it hasn’t resolved the issue. My steps are recording though. Not sure what else to do to trouble shoot. any ideas welcome.
