Why is my Go365 app telling me "Failed to fetch dashboard data"? The past few days I was not even able to log in. But now I can log in but it will not give me any dashboard information.
I can understand how this would be frustrating! Are you still receiving this error? If so, you may want to try signing into Go365.com via an internet browser. I was able to emulate your account without error.
I am having the same problem. And going to a browser doesn't help, it just redirects to this page:
https://www.go365.com/primary-service-down, which says:
"Hey there! This page is undergoing maintenance and will be back soon. Please try again later."
This problem has been ongoing since at least the new year for me.
I've had this error since Saturday, 2/1/2020 as well. I am still receiving this error AND I ran in a 5k yesterday that I'd like to submit for credit, but I'm unable to yet.
