My apple health has continued logging steps since 1/18- see attached.
We apologize for any concerns regarding the Apple Health device. We are unable to pull data from the device since that date as well. To properly connect your Apple Health you will not to reconnect it to Go365.

Mine is the same. Nothing since 1/13 has synced but Apple Health shows everything. Nothing I do seems to work. Had this problem before and after several weeks it fixed itself, but it’s very frustrating.
