Hello! I can confirm that your steps are now being received. Please ensure that you are signing into the Go365 mobile app once per day, as this allows the step data to be pushed over to us from Apple Health. If you do not sign into the Go365 app, then your step data will unfortunately not be received (and we cannot retrieve it).
