I have tried all the recommendations I can find in the community boards, uninstalling and reinstalling, disconnecting and reconnecting and I still cannot get my steps to sync between my iPhone and the Go365 app.

I do not know how I could post a screenshot here, but my Apple health is connected to this program.
Have you also tried deleting the application and reinstalling?
Also, in the Apple Health app could you go the steps section click into that, then scroll to the bottom to Data Sources and Access click into that, then you should see Go365 toggled on. If this is not showing it is not properly connected which means you may need to follow the link provided above.
I have done exactly as you said and taken every step from the link. They were syncing for months then stopped all of a sudden when no changes had been made.
Please allow up to 48 hours for steps an data to pull from the device to Go365. Seeing device connected now. If there are any further issues or need hands on help please contact our customer service phone line.
