I’m connected to my Health App which is counting my steps. But Go365 isn’t reflecting those steps.
We apologize for any concerns regarding your steps for Go365. On our end we are only able to see steps up to 1/31/20. We would advise disconnecting and reconnecting your Apple Health to make sure the allow setting is restored for GO3365 to take data from the Apple Health.
