New phone won’t sync
Can you please elaborate? What type of phone or device is it?

Thank you for elaborating. Unfortunately, we are not able to pull any data from the Apple Health. This means it may have lost connection between the device and Go365. Here is a helpful link to connect your device and then the data should pull over within 24-48 hours. Apple Health (mobile only)
Note: Follow these steps and make sure to allow Go365 to pull data from Apple Health or we will not be able to get the data.

I am so sorry. Have you deleted the Go365 application and reinstalled it? I would strongly advise that as well.
