I have not been able to sync since 2020 began, keep getting error on everything on my app. Deleted and reinstalled app and Fitbit - nothing works! Please advise!

My dashboard is always an error, cannot do anything. Screenings, activities, syncing, nothing except log in to app. Have deleted and reinstalled everything- now what?
