My dashboard is always an error, cannot do anything. Screenings, activities, syncing, nothing except log in to app. Have deleted and reinstalled everything- now what?
We apologize for any issues going on with your Go365 account. I am not seeing any issues when I pull up your account. Have you attempted on the website first to make sure you're fully registered? Also, can you confirm what type of phone you are using?
I have tried numerous times from my phone and my iPad but could never connect
Just tried from my desk top at work and I connected but none of my activity from the month of Jan is showing up. Just Connected on my phone just now and it worked but shows nothing from Jan.
Can I get that back somehow?

It looks like everything backdated from the beginning of your 2020 policy. Everyday since January is showing now!
Jan 2 is the only day in Jan I see
I have all the other days in Jan missing- I don't know where they are.
I tried to log in all through the month of January- it would pull up and either give me an error message or it would say there was maintenance
My fit bit shows everything I did in Jan but that doesn't.
I only ask because I need to reach a certain fitness levels or I have to pay more out of pocket for my insurance - I need the points.
I don't know if you see something different than I do, but only see one day in Jan
