Every day that I open the app it does not recognize the device and starts the confirmation identity again...
Is there a solution for this?
Sorry for any issues going on with your GO365 application. I would suggest making sure the software is updated. You can do this by deleting the application, turning off the phone, turning phone back on, and reinstalling the application. Once the app is reinstalled login with your credentials and that should fix the issue.

I tried to follow the suggested steps, but the problem is still happening. The app keeps recognizing my device as it was the first time.

I’m using the APP Version 2.1.0. My mobile is a Samsung Galaxy S10 with Android version 10
I do apologize, but with Android/Samsung specifically there is a global known issue where it is disrupting members getting into the application. There will be a known fix towards the end of the February.
