I logged 9+ hours every night this week. However, my Go365 points earnings gave me "0" points this week. Why did this happen?
Sorry for any concerns regarding your sleep logs. Are you doing this through the Apple Health or thru another application? If its thru a 3rd party application unfortunately it will not come over to us. Please feel free to reach out so we can help further.
I use the Samsung Health app and it has synched with my Go365 for the past year. It still tracks and credits my steps and has done so with my sleep log up until this week.Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S9+.

Hello again ~I'm so sorry to bother you, but my sleep journal points were not awarded to me again this week (shows a "0"). The Go365 app is accurately tracking the steps in my Samsung Health app, so I do not know why it's not linking my sleep hours (whereas it did successfully before) .
