I had a colonoscopy screening performed on January 24 but have not received any points for this on Go365
I can confirm that the Points have now awarded. It always takes some time for your provider to bill Humana, the claim to be processed, and then the Points to be applied (1-2 weeks, typically). Thank you for your patience, and keep up the great work!
It’s been over a month and still no points awarded. You guys seem to just make these answers up. The things you say are not true.
The Points were applied by the date of service. You will need to check your Go365 Statement for the January date of completion, and that is where you will be able to see your Points have been applied. They are listed under "colorectal screening."
