The syncing worked fine until 1/26/2020, and then stopped. The app does not seem to offer the ability to disconnect and reconnect to Apple Health from IPhone. Any insights would be appreciated.

Since Apple Health is a built-in phone app, the only way to break the connection is to delete the Go365 app, restart your phone, and reinstall. Once you reinstall the Go365 app, you will need to reconnect Apple Health. Be sure to "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with us!
