If there is a chat function it’s very well hidden and there is no phone number listed anywhere on the app.
Great question! You will see the chat option if you sign into Go365.com; you can do so on your smart phone as well.
You can reach us by phone, by dialing the telephone number on the back of your Humana insurance card. You will need to state Go365 when asked how we can assist you.
