Why isn't the app not loading properly?

Whenever I go to log in to the app, it takes forever and says "Customizing Your Experience". Then I'll hit the back button on my phone and it will take me the dashboard but there are no details, not words, no images. So then I go to the menu to click on Go365 Health Assessment and it says "A General Exception Has Occured" and there isn't anything on the screen other than the header. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I get the same issues. What's up?
