Why am I not getting the sign in verification?

I have been trying to login both the website and mobile app for weeks. I get to the part where it says a verification code has been sent to my email. I don't get the verification code for HOURS! By then, it has been expired. I tried using the contact number but was unable to get help. How can I get this problem solved?
